I am @striving_to_be so many things, but above all the best parent I can be. I have learnt that the only way to achieve anything is through the level of spirit. This is the level, the awareness, that matters. Everything else, physical, material, emotional is based upon the spiritual level.
My commitment to learning to be a spiritual parent is sorely tested throughout my day of looking after 3 boys. This blog is aimed to help me become more and more aware. I hope that by sharing my experience others can give me tips. Heaven knows that I need them.
I have 3 boys (3yrs, 6yrs and 8yrs) and whilst each have their own special needs my 6yr old is severely disabled, and my eldest has experienced real trauma, which we are attempting to recover from.
Being spiritual is not religious, it shies away from doctrine, and probably would rather not even be named. To be sprititual means to take inspiration from divinity, in any form or name and not to be constrained by labels.
